The A–Z of Wellbeing Experiences

A - Ayurvedic Cooking

A hands-on exploration of food as medicine, discovering the principles of Ayurveda through spices, seasonal ingredients, mindful preparation and nourishing shared meals.

B - Breathwork

Conscious breathing practices that can calm, energise, open awareness or shift us into a deeper relationship with the body. From gentle nervous-system regulation to powerful transformational sessions.

C - Cacao Ceremony

A warm, sensory ritual centred around ceremonial cacao, intention and connection. Often woven together with meditation, music, movement, sharing or sound.

D - Dance & Ecstatic Movement

Leave choreography at the door. Ecstatic dance and free movement invite the body to lead, using music and rhythm as a pathway into expression, release, play and connection.

E - Embodied Movement

Practices that bring attention away from performance and towards sensation. Explore how the body wants to move, stretch, breathe, soften and express itself.

F - Forest Bathing

A slow immersion in nature inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku. Walking without agenda, noticing birdsong, textures, scent, light and the quiet intelligence of the natural world.

G - Gong & Sound Baths

Lie back and let sound do the travelling. Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums and voice create an immersive landscape of vibration designed for deep rest, meditation and sensory exploration.

H - Herbalism

Discover the traditional wisdom of plants through herbal walks, tea blending, botanical preparations, natural remedies and hands-on workshops.

I - Ice Baths

A guided encounter with cold, combining breath, presence and conscious awareness. An experience in meeting discomfort, finding stillness and discovering what happens when we stay with sensation.

J - Journalling & Self-Reflection

Put pen to paper and give thoughts somewhere to land. Guided prompts can explore creativity, life transitions, intention, gratitude, relationships or simply the question: what is here now?

K - Kundalini Yoga

A dynamic blend of movement, breath, mantra, meditation and mudra, offering an energetic and often deeply immersive approach to yoga and self-awareness.

L - Labyrinth Walking

A moving meditation. Walking a labyrinth creates a simple physical journey inward and outward, offering space for contemplation, intention, reflection and quiet.

M - Myofascial Release

A slow, attentive exploration of the body's connective tissue using movement, pressure, balls, rollers or hands. An invitation to release habitual patterns and rediscover space in the body.

N - Nature Connection

Not every wellbeing experience needs a studio. Guided nature immersions invite participants to walk, listen, touch, observe and reconnect with the elemental world around them.

O - Outdoor Yoga

Take the mat outside and let the landscape become part of the practice. Garden yoga, beach yoga, mountain yoga and sunrise sessions bring breath and movement into direct relationship with nature.

P - Plant Medicine & Herbal Workshops

Explore humanity's ancient relationship with plants through traditional herbal knowledge, botanical preparations, plant identification, natural remedies and culturally rooted practices.

Q - Qigong

Slow, flowing movements combined with breath, posture and focused attention. Qigong offers a gentle way to cultivate presence, mobility and a sense of energetic vitality.

R - Restorative Yoga

The art of doing less. Supported postures, blankets, bolsters and long periods of stillness allow the body to surrender effort and create a rare opportunity for genuine rest.

S – Silent Retreat

Supported silent retreats with gentle yin postures unveil incredible insight and enriching peace. Being in silence with others gives the mind a chance to empty out.

S - Somatic Movement

Turn your attention inward. Somatic practices use sensation, breath and gentle movement to explore how we inhabit our bodies, notice patterns and develop greater embodied awareness.

T - Tea Ceremony

A simple cup of tea becomes an invitation to slow down. Rooted in ritual, presence and hospitality, tea ceremonies create space for contemplation, conversation and connection.

U - Unplugged Retreats

A deliberate pause from phones, screens, notifications and the relentless pace of modern life. Time to walk, read, sleep, talk, make things, be outside and remember what happens when nothing needs to be posted.

V - Voice & Sound

Explore the voice as an instrument of expression through toning, chanting, mantra, overtone singing, vocal improvisation and sound-making. No singing experience required.

V - Vision Boards & Creative Visualisation

Gather images, words, colours and symbols that speak to the life you want to create. A vision-board workshop turns intention into something tangible, combining creativity, reflection and imagination to explore what might be possible next.

W - Wild Swimming & Water Rituals

Cold-water swims, natural pools, ocean dips and water-based rituals offer a visceral way to connect with the elements, awaken the senses and step outside the everyday.

A - Art Workshops

Make something rather than simply look at it. Clay, paint, natural materials, collage, movement and other creative processes become pathways into play, expression and self-discovery.

Y - Yin Yoga

A quiet, contemplative practice where postures are held for longer periods, creating time to explore sensation, breath and stillness. A beautiful counterpoint to the pace of everyday life.

Z - Zero-Gravity Relaxation

Floating, supported rest and weightless experiences offer the body a chance to let go of its usual relationship with gravity. Think floatation on a body of water with beautiful sound bringing you to deep relaxation.
